12 Weeks to 5K - Week 3

Fun Fit and Active is getting you ready for a 5k! Here is Emili's Lesson for Week 3

Monday
5 minutes warm up
5* 3-minute runs and walk/jog for 3 minutes in between each 3 minute
3-5-minute cool down 

Tuesday
Walk or jog it out you might be sore today! I always say jog for as long as you can and then walk it out!
30 minutes today. 
Rest if needed 

Wednesday
5 minutes warm up
5* 3-minute runs and walk/jog for 3 minutes in between each 3 minute
3-5-minute cool down 

Thursday
Walk or jog it out you might be sore today! I always say jog for as long as you can and then walk it out!
30 minutes today.  

Friday
5 minutes warm up
5* 3-minute runs and walk/jog for 3 minutes in between each 3 minute
3-5-minute cool down 

Saturday
5 minutes warm up
5* 3-minute runs and walk/jog for 3 minutes in between each 3 minute
3-5-minute cool down 

Sunday  - Always off enjoy
